Role & Responsibilities

• An individual with specialised knowledge of Salesforce CRM is needed to give the sales reps insights into the platform.
• Take charge of managing the system and overseeing administration and maintenance tasks, such as adding new platforms to it and opening IT issues.
• Optimise system operations, data, and customer interactions.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong analytical background
• Power Bi experience
• Sufficient Salesforce experience (Reports, process builders, validation rules)
• Microsoft Excel
• Out and out FMCG experience
