Role & Responsibilities
- Using process reviews or data analysis, find areas for process improvement and suggest them to the BPOs.
- Lead and coordinate talks with business stakeholders to determine the project's scope, business needs, objectives, and acceptance criteria by working with the project manager.
- Make sure the appropriate business stakeholders accept and approve the business needs.
Skills & Qualifications
- Sufficient Salesforce Business Analysis experience
- Understands the customer journey and can create user stories etc
- Capable of creating user stories and is aware of the client journey
