Role & Responsibilities
- Manage Salesforce Data Feeds
- Handel all Salesforce administrative functions
- Complete reports, Trend analysis and product segmentation
- Work independently with the support of the Salesforce user community
- Assist in training new users
Skills & Qualifications
- 3 years of Salesforce administrator experience
- Salesforce certified administrator ADM201
- Sales cloud, service cloud experience
- Ability to custom build dashboards, object, formula fields, custom views and workflows.
- Strong focus on L&D
