The Client Success Specialist is responsible for:
  • Building long term relationships with clients to understand their needs
  • Manage the client relationship and their expectations to ensure continued growth with the customer
  • Engage clients to make sure they understand the Salesforce platform and products provided by your company
  • Provide ongoing support for your client through your understanding of the products

Recommended Skills:
  • 1 year of experience in Salesforce Administration and/or Certification
  • Experience in a sales or client/customer success role
  • Experience in customer retention and engagement
