Job Description

This position presents the opportunity to work directly as full-stack Salesforce Developer for a global fintech software company, who's core products are built on the Salesforce platform. You will be given the responsibility of taking full control of the development environment across their new and existing products, analysing where improvements need to be made, designing effective solutions alongside the architecture team and developing and testing your implementations using development best practices.

Moreover, within this position you will be provided with a fantastic opportunity to gain Enterprise-level Salesforce development experience alongside one of the best Salesforce teams across Ireland, with a number of Senior Developers and Architects already in the team. Role & Responsibilities

• Analyse and single out key areas of the current Salesforce products that need to be improved upon and customised
• Automate processes to ensure the best possible customer solution with a user-centric focus
• Integrate the solution with other third-part applications seamlessly to ensure that the platform can slot into any customer's overall IT systems
• Get involved in the design process alongside our architecture team to create leading designs for new and existing elements of the platform
• Develop and test your code, using regular coding reviews in order to follow best coding practices
• Assist with mentoring of more junior developers within the team, leading to managerial responsibilities down the line if in line with your own aspirations

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in full-stack Salesforce development with Apex, Visualforce and LWCs
• Cloud experience at an Enterprise level
• Any product-based development experience, particularly for a software company, would be a big plus
• Multiple Salesforce Certifications, particularly Platform Developer I
• Agile development exposure and end to end project lifecycle skills
• Development experience across Sales and Service Cloud in particular
• Integration skills with REST or SOAP APIs
• Any prior development experience with OOP languages would be an added plus
• Strong communication skills
