Salesforce Technical Consultant - Non-Profit Salesforce Consultancy

I am currently recruiting for one of the leading Non-Profit Salesforce Partners in Ireland. They are on the search for experienced Salesforce Technical Consultants to join their expanding Irish-based consultancy team to work on-site with a number of their new and existing clients.

In this position you will be working as part of an expert Non-Profit Cloud team, providing top-class Salesforce expertise to their clients to provide high quality, low cost solutions. You will be involved in the full consultancy lifecycle for the company's customers, including analysis, gathering of requirements, configuration, delivery and end user support of Salesforce platforms across numerous modules. Role & Responsibilities

• On-site customer implementation of salesforce.com solutions, implementing Salesforce products and integrating them with their existing systems
• Working on the full Salesforce consultancy lifecycle including analysing client requirements, designing solutions, developing through to deployment and bug fixing
• Lead workshops and assist users as they adjust to the solutions that you bring to our customers
• Provide a complete consultancy service to clients in order to satisfy their requirements and produce effective and maintainable solutions
• Provide aftercare to clients to fix any bugs that they encounter and to handover responsibility to Salesforce super users

Skills & Qualifications

• Advanced experience with Salesforce.com configuration and development of the platform across the entire project lifecycle
• Design and develop customised Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce and LWCs
• Integrate Salesforce-based solutions with other third-party applications
• Experience with gathering business requirements from non-technical personal and creating technical documentation
• Classic and Lightning expertise
• Excellent communication and requirements gathering skills to ensure that client engagements are at a high level
• Salesforce Platform Developer I cert is a minimum
