Vice President, ServiceOne Salesforce Operations (Support)



San Francisco (Also open to NYC, LA or Boston) | Hybrid: 3 days in office



A major Financial Services client headquartered in the Bay Area is seeking a Vice President to head up their ServiceOne Salesforce Operations (Support) department as they begin to implement Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC). Getting in early will afford this candidate an opportunity to shape their own team and how Salesforce is implemented at this institution.

As Vice President of the Salesforce Support department, this candidate would have multiple direct reports to manage. They will also be interacting regularly with business stakeholders, department heads and other Information Services teams.


What you'll do as Vice President, Service One Salesforce Operations (Support):
  • Develop and support an effective team of Salesforce Technical Support Specialists;
  • Assist team with troubleshooting and system navigation issues;
  • Identify and implement Salesforce best practices to increase utilization and improve workflows;
  • Craft training session to support end-user functionality;
  • Identify and implement Salesforce best practices to increase utilization and improve workflows;
  • Analyze data to report to management


You could be a great fit if you have:
  • 5-7+ years of Salesforce (or relevant CRM technology) experience;
  • 5-7+ years of experience in the Financial Services industry;
  • Highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Strong management skills;
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skill.
