Mason Frank partnered with a client that has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer who can both develop solutions and design the systems architecture and long-term engineering vision required for our business to scale. At client, their Salesforce infrastructure and related revenue operations technology stack are critical tools to delivering our customers an amazing experience while helping our internal teams work efficiently and exceed expectations.
In this role, you role will translate requirements created by functional analysts into the architecture for key solutions that support significant process improvement and business growth. You will develop solutions that represent the architecture decisions in conjunction with our Revenue Operations team, which will help our business scale while providing intelligent automation to all areas in our business.
The Senior Salesforce Developer will play an important role in ensuring that our solution architecture aligns with the roadmaps for our business process automation goals, API systems, and revenue operations processes. We're looking for someone articulate, driven and service oriented. A critical part of this role will be helping rebuild much of our current Salesforce infrastructure and eliminating technical debt and processes that don't benefit our current scope. You should be experienced with the capabilities and integrations of various marketing automation, sales automation, financial automation tools and technology. You should be comfortable inheriting existing architecture and making recommendations that dramatically improve them, then building out that vision.
This role will report to the Revenue Operations Director, working alongside talented Salesforce Administrators and Business Analysts, to support the entire Salesforce ecosystem. It will also interface with our Engineering Team, ensuring our solutions and architecture work well together. This role is fully remote.

Alignment of planning and solutions with our business goals while managing expectations related to scope of work Optimizes solutions through an understanding of business needs and technology capabilities Maps business functional requirements to system/technical requirements Develop technical solutions that deliver the functional requirements and architecture needed Understands the scope of the project and validates the correct resources for the project Promotes best practice related solutions and integrated applications to reduce costs and improve overall adoption Engages in practice development initiatives and frequently runs knowledge storms Ensures clear and effective communication with existing or concurrent projects Ensures that project does not duplicate functionality or diverge from client strategies Works with Revenue Operations to provide a consensus-based enterprise solution that is scalable, adaptable and in synchronization with ever changing client needs Adheres to best practices related to solution design, documentation, and guidelines that lead to the identification, selection, development and use of solutions and applications Creation and delivery of all solution related documentation, providing input and solution guidance to the technical lead for custom solutions Builds employee knowledge and skills in specific areas of expertise through the development of training course and mentoring
Requirements:
5+ years of Salesforce platform experience preferred; executive level sales support experience in consulting/professional Demonstrated knowledge of building API integrations with Salesforce Deeply motivated to deliver efficient, scalable processes that meet requirements with the utmost simplicity, while remaining easily changeable through declarative interfaces whenever possible Familiarity with multiple implementation standards and methodologies Programming Languages - APEX, Visual Force, Familiarity with ANT and Eclipse tools for working with the IDE Salesforce.com and other certifications, especially Developer and Platform functions Very strong work ethic with a customer service focus (high intensity) Experience working with enterprise clients, technology teams and business analysts Comprehensive knowledge of software, application, and platforms Knowledge of business modeling, governance and operations Strong business processes, process documentation and process improvement skills Interpersonal and leadership skills - servant leadership, collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation skills Ability to explain complex technical issues in a way that non-technical people may understand
