Reason for Opening: To manage, architect multiple projects. Mix of implementations, midway as well, all for a large enterprise client retail

Duration: Ongoing

Must Have Skills: SFMC, html templates, automation within MC, set up journey, configure API, troubleshoot

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Translate business requirements/user stories into scalable solution that leverages the functionality and
  • best practices of the chosen marketing automation system
  • Understand the technical details of the project and implement the processes across the board
  • Promote best practice-driven solutions and integrated applications to reduce costs and improve adoption
  • Write solution documentation and specifications to create a scalable, adaptable enterprise solution in sync
  • with client needs and strategies
  • Support practice development initiatives and training
  • Work with our clients to shape marketing automation system design and strategy, define and scope
  • projects to address the needs
  • Provide subject matter expertise to internal and external teams on Salesforce platforms
  • Keep up-to-date on latest industry trends and research to share with clients
  • Expected to provide motivation and guidance to the entire development team throughout the complete
  • systems development life cycle

  • 4-6 years of experience in marketing, technology, and/or consulting
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including familiarity the
  • Connector, Journey Builder, Email, Mobile, and Social Studios
  • Success stories distilling business requirements into solution architecture and system design
  • across marketing and sales systems

  • ▪ The client will ask for stories of your successful projects.
