
My client is a well established end user looking for a CRM Business Analyst.
Roles and Responsibilities
- To ensure business requirements are accepted and approved by the relevant business stakeholders
- Review test results to ensure they correspond to the expectations and requirements of the business
- To identify opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations to the BPOs
- To develop functional, system integration and user acceptance test scripts to ensure all business requirements are appropriately tested
Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 3 years experience as a BA
- Understand the customer journey and create user stories
- Some salesforce experience is preferred
- Excellent communication skills
