Salesforce BA

My client is a well established end user looking for a CRM Business Analyst.

Roles and Responsibilities

• To ensure business requirements are accepted and approved by the relevant business stakeholders
• Review test results to ensure they correspond to the expectations and requirements of the business
• To identify opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations to the BPOs
• To develop functional, system integration and user acceptance test scripts to ensure all business requirements are appropriately tested

Skills and Qualifications:

• At least 3 years experience as a BA
• Understand the customer journey and create user stories
• Some salesforce experience is preferred
• Excellent communication skills
