Mason Frank are proud to partner with an exciting boutique Salesforce Partner who are looking to recruit a Salesforce Technical Architect.

As a key member of their Technical team, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing cutting-edge Salesforce solutions that drive business success, specifically in the Public Sector domain.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end technical architecture of Salesforce projects, ensuring scalability, performance, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective technical solutions.
  • Design and implement custom applications, integrations, and data migration strategies within the Salesforce platform.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, promoting best coding practices and adherence to industry standards.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure optimal performance and data integrity.
  • Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce features and technologies, recommending and implementing improvements as needed.


Experience required:
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect, with a deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.
  • Strong expertise in designing and implementing solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns and experience integrating Salesforce with other third-party systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Salesforce certifications, ideally holding one of the Architecture certs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
