Salesforce Project Manager | $160,000

What will you do?

• Lead a cross-functional team to achieve project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements for various projects.
• Set and track project milestones; manage and account for unforeseen delays, and realign schedules and expectations as needed.
• Identify and resolve project issues quickly or escalate as appropriate.
• Establish and implement project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and key stakeholders.
• Use technology to ensure all parties are informed about schedule and budget.
• Conduct post-project evaluations.

What experience or knowledge should you bring?

• 3+ years of experience as a project manager at a Salesforce partner.
• Thorough understanding of project management principles and planning.
• Experience using project management tools to manage workflow.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to influence groups of people to complete a project in a timely manner without direct authority.
• Firm understanding of SFDC infrastructure and configuration.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
