Key Responsibilities:

• Capture, design, and implement Salesforce platform solutions using best practices
• Lead technical design sessions and document solutions aligned with client business objectives
• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and user support
• Proactively engage in continuous improvement efforts on application design and practice development
• Execute unit, performance, and user acceptance tests to ensure solutions meet quality standards
• Communicate risks and vulnerabilities to engineering staff through training and technical demonstrations
• Collaborate with engineers on solutions, providing hands-on expert level assistance on technical issues
• Design and implement solutions on the Salesforce platform with industry best practices
• Present technical solutions to peers and senior management with clarity
• Independently solve technical problems in the assigned area

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Platform Developer I certification required
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform best practices, security model, and coding guidelines
• Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Aura / LWC components
• Proficient in SOQL, SOSL, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment preferred
