Position Title: Senior Salesforce Developer
Location: Washington DC, USA (Must be available for occasional on-site visits)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Salesforce Developer to join a long-term initiative supporting federal projects. This role offers a chance to leverage advanced Salesforce development skills to modernize key processes and systems. The successful candidate will bring strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, development, and integration to design and implement innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance workflow applications using Salesforce, including modernizing legacy systems and processes.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems and data platforms, utilizing APIs and middleware tools.
• Design and implement technical solutions with a focus on best practices and scalability.
• Utilize Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) framework and Experience Cloud.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish development standards and lifecycle governance.
• Migrate legacy data and processes to Salesforce.
• Support authentication integrations for internal and external users.
• Work with Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions efficiently.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of development experience, with at least 5 years in Salesforce development using Apex and Visualforce.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, API, and integration with other platforms.
• Experience in Platform, Service, and Experience Cloud implementation.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Familiarity with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft and data pipeline tools.
• Salesforce Platform Developer certification is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary clearances.
