Senior Sales & Marketing Executive
Location - Phoenix, AZ

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
* Plan & Lead Marketing policies, Sales policies, Objectives & Initiatives to meet Company goals and annual targets.
* Prepare and drive plans, budgets, progress reports and annual sales reports.
* Develop and conduct sales campaigns.
* Plan and implement effective marketing campaigns.
* Generate sales leads and close deals to achieve sales targets.
* Identify and develop new sales and marketing channels and other opportunities to help build up new clients.
* Create and communicate Sales goals and ensure C-level executives are informed on the progress of those goals.
* Lead Key Prospect Proposals and RFP responses.
* Evaluate industry specific trends.
* Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals.
* Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and partners by understanding needs, and anticipating them in advance.
* Attend different technology, non-technology & networking events to create awareness about expertise of company, identify and attract prospective clients.
* Lead appropriate onshore & offshore teams to drive Sales & Marketing activities.

* Minimum 8 years of work experience in Sales & Marketing of Software services.
* Ability to manage both the Sales & Marketing initiatives.
* Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
* 'Passion' for Sales & Marketing.
* Strong client-service capabilities with thorough follow-up.
* Highly creative in identifying target audiences and devising digital / marketing / sales campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
* Willing to attend various events as required.
* Experience working with both onshore & offshore teams.
