This person will be responsible for guiding the integration of Salesforce into the organization. You will be coaching and facilitating conversations cross functionally to implement processes both functional and technical to help meet deadlines for the launch.
This is a hands-on position that will have responsibilities associated with a Salesforce Administrator of day-to-day configuration support, and maintenance of the Salesforce platform
Role & Responsibilities
Work with sales and marketing team to effectively lead the design and development to launch Salesforce through the organization
Handle all basic administrative functions including user maintenance, modification of page layouts, generation of reports and dashboards, creation of new fields and other routine tasks.
Automate processes using Salesforce tools such as process builder, approval processes, validation rules and features such as engagement plans and levels
Skills & Qualifications
Experience leading a Salesforce integration from start to finish
Excellent communication skills between business users, stakeholders and technical teams to meet or exceed deadlines
Ability to build custom objects, formula fields, processes, custom views and other content of intermediate complexity
