Role Summary

As a Power BI coordinator you will be part of the European technology team located in the Western Europe and Hungary providing IT services for over 40 businesses, in over 10 countries of Continental Europe. You will also be part of the Digital Transformation initiative, leveraging data from the Data platform initiative using Power BI for all European companies.

This is a fantastic opportunity to provide IT services for over 40 businesses in over 10 countries with an outstanding team of professionals.

Primary responsibilities

You will be managing the Power BI landscape starting with hands-on role and evolving in a product ownership role. You will bring your Power BI experience to the team and act as a subject matter expert to help using Power BI

The key objective of the role to create a solid Power BI platform that is used by internal companies to provide valuable insights coming from the data platform initiative.

As a Power BI coordinator you will…

• Work closely with the Product teams to create models and standard reports and share knowledge on maintenance
• Work closely with Digital Transformation engineer so use data from the data platform in various international use-case initiatives
• Create first Power BI models and co-create reports from data platform
• Collaborate with internal international companies to create insights and use-cases as a solution expert
• Become a Power BI Product Owner, responsible for the health, usage and security of the Power BI platform service
• Train users and share knowledge in the active Digital Analytics and Insights community
• Implement procedures for data handling and analysis

Join us if you have:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar role or in a related field
• Experience with using, managing and implementing Power BI service
• Demonstrated sharing knowledge and expertise of Power BI
• Willing to work and collaborate in a multi-national environment with internal and external customers
• Bachelor's degree in computer science
• Excellent command of English is a must both written and spoken
• Experience with SQL Server and SQL. Any experience in R, Python or Hadoop is a plus
• Experience with reporting & data visualisation tools (other than Power BI) is preferred
• Experience in Azure cloud services is a plus
• Understanding the use of using API's is preferred
