Salesforce Development Manager - Miami, FL

This position will maintain and drive enhancements to the Salesforce platform. The right candidate must have hands-on development, administration and configuration skills with the latest Salesforce releases and the ability to manage development resource allocation. They will work with a team to develop exceptional Salesforce and marketing solutions while reporting to leadership regularly.

Requirements/ Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of Salesforce developers and ensure successful delivery of projects across multiple pods on time and within budget
• Must have a sales and service-oriented mindset and a passion for learning, working with, and evangelizing the Salesforce platform
• Review code commitments and perform development reviews to ensure best practices are followed
• Manage the design and implementation of advanced functionality such as Apex, Lightning Components and Visualforce, based on project roadmap and strategic initiatives
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Eloqua or similar marketing solutions
• Leverage a deep knowledge of Sales processes and Salesforce's suite of products
• Ability to create solution design documentation that supports the business requirements and processes
• Collaborate and work with stakeholders across Business, IT, and Engineering teams to drive cross functional projects
