    Position Overview: We're in search of a seasoned Senior Architect with expertise in Salesforce to spearhead the design and implementation of scalable and efficient solutions. The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices, with a strong track record of architecting solutions aligned with business needs. This role requires exceptional technical proficiency, leadership acumen, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Reporting directly to the VP of Commercial Applications, this individual will provide enterprise architecture guidance and design intricate solutions for our rapidly growing and complex business model, rooted in deep B2B Sales and Services experience.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead the architecture and design of sophisticated Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and integration requirements are met.
    • Demonstrate deep expertise in various B2B business models.
    • Possess comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ and Billing), Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
    • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
    • Drive roadmap development for each Salesforce product area in alignment with business stakeholders and product managers.
    • Oversee the design of significant software components, systems, and features, both on and off the platform.
    • Review architecture designs from senior engineers across teams, maintaining high standards of availability, performance, and usability.
    • Uphold a high technical standard by writing well-tested, maintainable code and leading code and technical design reviews.
    • Collaborate with senior engineers to assess top engineering risks and guide strategic engineering initiatives.
    • Mentor and coach other senior engineers to cultivate the next generation of technical leaders.
    • Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams on Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and coding standards.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of Salesforce projects.
    • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
    • Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates, new features, and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions to business challenges.
    • Lead technical discussions and present architecture designs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.


    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
    • Highly desirable certifications including Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Salesforce Certified Application Architect, and Salesforce Certified System Architect.
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience architecting and implementing Salesforce and custom development solutions, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
    • Extensive experience with Salesforce Lightning Platform, including Lightning Web Components, Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
    • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governance best practices.
    • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and customization using declarative tools such as Process Builder, Flow Builder, and Salesforce Automation.
    • Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and technologies such as REST, SOAP, and Middleware platforms.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical solutions effectively.

    Salesforce Development Manager - Dallas, TX

    This position will maintain and drive enhancements to the Salesforce platform. The right candidate must have hands-on development, administration and configuration skills with the latest Salesforce releases and the ability to manage development resource allocation.     Requirements/ Responsibilities:
