    Position: Senior Salesforce Administrator

    Salary: $150,000 per annum

    Work Model: Office and Remote (3 days on-site in Virginia preferred, remote work feasible if necessary)

    Role Overview:
    We are seeking a seasoned Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to utilize your hands-on experience in Salesforce administration to drive impactful solutions that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing scalable Salesforce solutions and fostering exceptional user experiences.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Utilize your business acumen to identify and gather requirements, translating them into scalable solutions while prioritizing the balance between business needs and user experience.
    • Execute Salesforce administration tasks, including but not limited to Flow, assignment rules, permissions, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports.
    • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, demonstrating strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders across various departments.
    • Proactively troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues, ensuring seamless system functionality and user satisfaction.
    • Stay abreast of Salesforce best practices and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness.


    Qualifications:
    • Extensive hands-on experience in Salesforce administration, with a deep understanding of Salesforce functionalities and configurations.
    • Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in problem-solving and troubleshooting Salesforce-related issues.
    • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator) preferred but not required.

  • Strong proficiency in HTML/CSS for email template design and customization.
  • Experience with audience segmentation, dynamic content, and personalization strategies.
