    Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns using Pardot to target and engage prospects across various channels.

    Required Skills:

    Job Title: Sales Operations Manager

    Position Overview: The Sales Operations Manager will play a crucial role in optimising and streamlining the sales processes to enhance efficiency and drive revenue growth. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the sales team, managing data analytics, and ensuring the seamless integration of sales technologies, particularly HubSpot.

    Responsibilities:


  • Sales Process Optimisation:
    • Analyse and refine sales processes to maximise efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to understand their workflows and identify areas for improvement.
    • Implement best practices to enhance the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.


  • HubSpot Management:
    • Serve as the primary administrator for HubSpot, our CRM and sales automation platform.
    • Customise HubSpot to align with our sales processes and business needs.
    • Train sales representatives on HubSpot usage and ensure consistent data entry and management.


  • Data Analytics:
    • Utilise Tableau, SQL, and Excel to analyse sales data and generate insights.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide real-time visibility into key performance metrics.
    • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement based on data analysis.


  • Sales Forecasting:
    • Work closely with the sales team to gather input for accurate sales forecasting.
    • Utilise historical data and market trends to create reliable sales forecasts.
    • Monitor and report on actual performance against forecasts.


  • Technology Integration:
    • Collaborate with the IT team to integrate sales technologies seamlessly.
    • Evaluate and recommend new tools or technologies to enhance sales operations.


  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Partner with marketing, finance, and other relevant teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
    • Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making throughout the organisation.



  • Qualifications:
    • Proven experience as a Sales Operations Manager or in a similar role.
    • Strong proficiency in HubSpot CRM and sales automation.
    • Solid data analytics skills with experience using Tableau, SQL, and Excel.
    • Excellent understanding of sales processes and a track record of process optimisation.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.


    Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

    Salesforce Senior Developer

    Location- London (1 day per week in office) , Start date- ASAP

    Contract Type- Permanent, Hours- Full Time, Salary - £60,000-£75,000 + shares

    Key responsibilities
    • Design and develop Salesforce-based applications, customisations, and enhancements Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve bugs/errors Follow established Salesforce development standards
    • Address development issues and work multi-functionally with our product and wider engineering teams.
    • Work with engineers to integrate backend data with Salesforce via middleware to give our end users an enhanced data experience.




    Requirements
