Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced salesforce administrator to join a global company on a six month fixed term contract. My client prides themselves on connecting with their consumers on a personal level and understanding their clients' needs. You will be joining a business that is passionate about understanding and supporting their employees and making a difference in the lives of others.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular internal system audits and prepare (tests) for upgrades
  • Work alongside the management team to identify suitable operational and release processes to assist development, administrative and change management activities
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to understand their immediate and future needs, manage expectations, and work with the team to translate these into solutions
  • Preparing and delivering training for new users

Skills & Qualifications
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and able to manage and prioritise a high volume of simultaneous requests
  • Able to assess the impact of new requirements on and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes
  • Must demonstrate great communication skills
