Director of Salesforce Development | Remote | $200K

One of my top clients in the end-user space is seeking a Director of Salesforce Development to lead their robust team of Salesforce professionals. As the Director of Salesforce Development you will be responsible for leading the ongoing development of the organization's complex Salesforce instance. You will also be working alongside executives in order to define the organization's long and short term goals.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 7 Salesforce professionals
  • Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions
  • Provide executive updates to a diverse group of key stakeholders
  • Deliver technical recommendations in order to best leverage the platform to support the organization's goals


Requirements
  • 8+ years of Salesforce Development experience
  • 3+ years of people management experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Salesforce best practice
  • Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Knowledge of operational and cultural structures required to scale teams in a high-growth environment
  • Salesforce certifications are highly desired
