Role & Responsibilities
- Configure, support, administer the organisation's Salesforce platform
- Assist various internal Salesforce users across the company
- Suggest improvements and alternatives to configuration of the system
- Suggest and agree on technological solutions in line with business needs and requirements
- Various configuration tasks, such as flows, validation rules etc
- Developing business requirements and specifications in line with stakeholders' requirements
Desired Skills
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Strong hands-on Salesforce experience
- Administration certification (preferred)
- Experience with Salesforce configuration e.g. Process builder, flows, workflows, Salesforce formula fields etc
- Ability to demonstrate project management skills
- Experience leading a team (preferred)
- Problem solving capabilities, attention to detail, data handling skills
