Step into a leadership role and be a driving force behind Salesforce CRM solutions across a variety of applications. You will work directly with C-level executives and stake holders to map techno-functional solutions and interface with talented Salesforce professionals. Ideally you will have experience managing/leading Salesforce CRM teams.
10+ years of experience on CRM processes and delivering solutions
5+ years Salesforce experience
Salesforce Solution Architecture/Technical Architecture experience a plus
Extensive integration experience with other systems
Experience managing a team and project scope
Experience with Sales, Service, and Community (Experience) Cloud
Ability to liaise with non-technical end users as well as business stakeholders
Certifications listed below are in order of relevance. These are preferred but not required - hands-on experience is considered over certifications
Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Community Cloud Consultant
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred (CSM / PMP / Agile Practitioner) certifications are also taken into consideration)
Bachelor's (B.S.) Degree, and Master's Degree or equivalent work experience, ideally in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field(s)
