Senior Salesforce Administrator


Role & Responsibilities
  • Configure, support, administer the organisation's Salesforce platform.
  • Assist various internal Salesforce users across the company.
  • Monitor, support and provide technological solutions end to end
  • Suggest improvements and alternatives to configuration of the system
  • Suggest and agree on technological solutions in line with business needs and requirements
  • Various configuration tasks, such as flows, validation rules etc
  • Developing business requirements and specifications in line with stakeholders' requirements

Desired Skills
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Strong experience with different Salesforce Products (CPQ, Pardot, Sales Cloud preferred)
  • Administration certification (preferred)
  • Experience with flows, Salesforce formula fields, validation rules
  • Ability to demonstrate project management skills
  • Motivated to work effectively within a team as well as independently
  • Problem solving capabilities, attention to detail, data handling skills
