Role & Responsibilities
- Liaising with stakeholders, gathering and analysing business requirements
- Support CRM Project Manager, data analyst, developers, to ensure takes are completed and can be rolled out to schools
- Supporting business priorities - advising on wider system capability
- Keep up to date with Salesforce for updates, identifying how this could affect the business systems
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience as a BA implementing and enhancing CRM systems
- Sales Cloud experience
- Strong communicator
- Full right to work in the UK
- Delivering on system improvements
