Role & Responsibilities
  • Liaising with stakeholders, gathering and analysing business requirements
  • Support CRM Project Manager, data analyst, developers, to ensure takes are completed and can be rolled out to schools
  • Supporting business priorities - advising on wider system capability
  • Keep up to date with Salesforce for updates, identifying how this could affect the business systems

Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience as a BA implementing and enhancing CRM systems
  • Sales Cloud experience
  • Strong communicator
  • Full right to work in the UK
  • Delivering on system improvements
