Demand Generation Specialist | $150,000 | Remote


  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to drive substantial year-over-year increases in qualified leads and pipeline, employing strategies like building and testing emails, campaigns, and web forms.
  • Regularly liaise with sales operations, sales, and customer teams to analyze response patterns to marketing campaigns and enhance engagement strategies.
  • Develop repeatable and self-serve reporting mechanisms for the marketing team, enabling in-depth analysis of performance across pipeline, content, channels, and campaigns.
  • Optimize existing lead/account workflows and develop new ones to accommodate evolving business needs.
  • Execute comprehensive marketing campaigns, covering campaign flows, email creation, dynamic content development, complex nurture streams, landing page creation, form creation, webinars, lead scoring, and more.
  • Implement automated nurture campaigns targeting specific personas and audiences to ensure no lead is left behind and to cultivate relationships with potential buyers.
  • Manage and enhance lead/account scoring to accurately determine the stage of leads/accounts in the buying cycle for effective segmentation and nurturing.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize email and lead nurturing strategies.
  • Oversee Marketing Ops and maintain alignment with Business Development Representatives (BDR) on lead lifecycle, lead quality Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), and tech stack.
  • Develop target personas and segmentations to refine marketing strategies.
  • Establish a process for measuring and improving marketing database health.
  • Monitor database performance metrics and create best practices for optimizing results, data maintenance, and clean-up.
  • Implement processes and quality assurance (QA) for all marketing programs to ensure accurate data capture, hygiene, and reporting.
  • Integrate and manage new marketing tools to enhance the efficiency and lead quality of the marketing team.
  • Identify, design, and implement new processes to enhance the effectiveness of marketers in their day-to-day activities (e.g., intake process, campaign naming conventions).
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects involving stakeholders from marketing, sales, and IT.
  • Identify opportunities for automation to enhance marketing effectiveness.

Key Experiences, Skills, and Knowledge:
  • Exposure to marketing automation tools like Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, or any leading email Software as a Service (SaaS) platform.
  • Hands-on experience in managing targeted email campaigns/email nurture programs and social media.
  • Knowledge of account-based marketing best practices.
  • Experience in database management and segmentation.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL.
  • Exposure to HTML, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) is preferred.
  • Front-end development skills, such as AJAX, Flash Script, and other JavaScript-based frameworks, are an add-on.
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) integrations, such as Salesforce.com or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Education and Experiences Required:
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent working experience.
  • 6+ years of experience as a marketing strategist.
