Salesforce Administrator(Inhouse)


One of my customers is searching for a Salesforce Administrator (fluent in German) to ensure the platform's smooth operation and ongoing development for the benefit of our users. (50% home office)

Job Description: Salesforce Administrator
  • Participation in the team for the Salesforce platform environment
  • Perform essential administrative functions, including user management, modifying Lightning apps, page layouts, creating reports and dashboards, custom fields, and routine tasks
  • Understand requirements and develop solution proposals in cooperation with the team and stakeholders
  • Investigate and diagnose problems related to the platform to find workarounds and eliminate root cause
  • Assist in training new users and expanding Salesforce skills across the organization
  • Maintain documentation of current and new platform adjustments
  • Conduct regular internal platform audits and prepare for upgrades
  • Ensure optimal performance of the platform
  • Collaborate with executives and subject matter experts to analyze, create, and implement processes or automate existing ones

  • Experience as a Salesforce admin or similar task
  • Knowledge of Salesforce products, functionalities, and best practices
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer certification a plus
  • Basic understanding of business processes and modeling
  • Knowledge of requirements engineering is an advantage
  • Ability to work in a solution-oriented manner with stakeholders from different disciplines
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Swiss, EU, or other passport holders with active work authorization in Switzerland (B/C permit)
