A nonprofit client of mine is looking to expand their team by bringing on a Salesforce Development Manager. This is a hybird role, and requires candidates to be onsite 1X a week. You will be overseeing and mentoring a team, so being onsite is very important. Responsibilites

• Responsible for leading a team of software engineers
• Work closely with Project Managers / SCRUM Masters, to lead the architecture and SDLC of software engineering projects
• Being hands on within the Salesforce Platform and leading architecture and development meetings as well as acting as an escalation point

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce Development experience
• Strong expertise with Agile
• Experience managing/mentoring others
• Salesforce Certifications (+)
