Role & Responsibilities
- Liaising with stakeholders, gathering and analysing business requirements
- Working with an established team of business analysts
- Use suitable techniques such as root cause analysis, impact mapping or other to determine and demonstrate links and reasoning between reported problems and the underlying issues.
- Supporting business priorities - advising on wider system capability
- Keep up to date with Salesforce for updates, identifying how this could affect the business systems
Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years' experience in Business Analysis
- Working in an agile, B2B environment
- Exceptional analytical skills
- Excellent documentation and written skills to manage user stories, process flows, and architecture diagrams
- Working in agile environment
- Excellent team attitude, approachable and good communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively, influence and generate stakeholder engagement
