Role & Responsibilities
  • Liaising with stakeholders, gathering and analysing business requirements
  • Working with an established team of business analysts
  • Use suitable techniques such as root cause analysis, impact mapping or other to determine and demonstrate links and reasoning between reported problems and the underlying issues.
  • Supporting business priorities - advising on wider system capability
  • Keep up to date with Salesforce for updates, identifying how this could affect the business systems



Skills & Qualifications
  • 4+ years' experience in Business Analysis
  • Working in an agile, B2B environment
  • Exceptional analytical skills
  • Excellent documentation and written skills to manage user stories, process flows, and architecture diagrams
  • Working in agile environment
  • Excellent team attitude, approachable and good communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively, influence and generate stakeholder engagement
