
The Technical Product Manager will be responsible for leading the development of grant management software built on Salesforce. The successful candidate will act as a liaison between key stakeholders, the Salesforce Development team and Docusign CLM. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology and hands-on experience with Salesforce, Docusign, Postgres, and middleware tools.
Key Responsibilities:Lead the development of grant management software built on Salesforce, ensuring the software meets the needs of stakeholders and end-users.Act as a liaison between the Salesforce Development team, Docusign CLM, and key stakeholders, communicating requirements, addressing technical issues, and ensuring project timelines are met.Oversee the deployment of new releases and software updates, ensuring that the software is integrated with other systems as needed.Provide technical guidance and support to the team, helping to resolve any issues or roadblocks that may arise during the development process.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring that all requirements are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.Stay current with industry trends and advancements in grant management software and related technologies, continuously seeking opportunities to improve the software and its capabilities.Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources they need to effectively use the software.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology7+ years in IT related field. Preferably with Salesforce and/or Data Science. Hands-on experience with PostgresSQLHands-on experience with Salesforce, Docusign, Postgres, and middleware tools.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work with a team and stakeholders at all levels.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.Demonstrated experience managing software development projects, with a focus on meeting timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.Ability to think creatively and outside the box, seeking innovative solutions to complex problems.If you have a passion for philanthropy and a strong technical background, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
