The Technical Product Manager will be responsible for leading the development of grant management software built on Salesforce. The successful candidate will act as a liaison between key stakeholders, the Salesforce Development team and Docusign CLM. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology and hands-on experience with Salesforce, Docusign, Postgres, and middleware tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of grant management software built on Salesforce, ensuring the software meets the needs of stakeholders and end-users.
  • Act as a liaison between the Salesforce Development team, Docusign CLM, and key stakeholders, communicating requirements, addressing technical issues, and ensuring project timelines are met.
  • Oversee the deployment of new releases and software updates, ensuring that the software is integrated with other systems as needed.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the team, helping to resolve any issues or roadblocks that may arise during the development process.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring that all requirements are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in grant management software and related technologies, continuously seeking opportunities to improve the software and its capabilities.
  • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources they need to effectively use the software.



  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • 7+ years in IT related field. Preferably with Salesforce and/or Data Science.
  • Hands-on experience with PostgresSQL
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Docusign, Postgres, and middleware tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work with a team and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Demonstrated experience managing software development projects, with a focus on meeting timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Ability to think creatively and outside the box, seeking innovative solutions to complex problems.
