Job Duties
  • Help develop and support digital product solutions across various divisions
  • Drive the development of innovative technologies and related strategies to deliver on corporate goals
  • Act as technical visionary while applying business understanding to keep marketing and IT initiatives cohesive
  • Provide enterprise architecture and promote technical alignment
  • Enhance service delivery to find new internal efficiencies and customer engagement
  • Partner and build trust by working closely with leadership across multiple departments to enforce collaboration and transparent communication
  • Work with cross-functional teams to define and deliver industry-leading products and services in partnership with leasing and marketing teams
  • Work with divisional product owners to create product roadmaps, strategies, and technical solutions for web and mobile apps
  • Serve as a critical subject matter expert to help answer and be a hands-on resource to solve various challenges
  • Provide thought leadership on innovative industry trends, concepts, and technologies and use them to identify opportunities that may benefit the organization
  • Establish priorities and work assignments based on business, stakeholder, and divisional requirements
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand goals and user requirements. Analyze potential solutions to recommend appropriate execution strategy and cost
  • Partner with company-wide marketing teams, build and evolve digital applications to meet the future needs of the business
  • Provide statuses and communicate with senior management and leadership as needed
  • Manage vendors and agency relationships, including technical, legal, and financial guidance
  • Lead and manage teams of onshore, nearshore and offshore developers
  • Oversee financial budgets and create forecasts for digital development activities
  • Attract, retain and lead high-performing team members through training, open communication, training, and development opportunities
  • Manage, support, and promote multiple enterprise applications used across the organization
  • Understand and promote best practices and secure coding standards
  • Be an active and hands-on contributor to Web and Mobile applications, including DevOps
  • Other duties as assigned



General Experience
  • BS or MS degree in a computer science or other technology field
  • 8+ years digital development experience with a focus on web, mobile applications and cloud technologies
  • Proven ability to successfully work independently using a business-focused entrepreneurial approach
  • Proven experience leading application from inception to launch including budget forecasting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong business and technical acumen


Technical Experience
  • Expertise in core web and mobile technologies
  • Proficiency in network and DevOps fundamentals, including infrastructure as a service understanding
  • Strong understanding of customer experience best practices and design
  • Strong knowledge of application security and governance best practices
  • Strong debugging skills across various and upcoming technologies
  • Self-starter, able to work independently and learn with minimal supervision
  • Ability to effectively document business processes and apply technology to optimize and automate processes
  • Act as a senior developer and actively produce production code in Java, Javascript (front-end and back-end), PHP and Python
  • Experience working with React, React Native, Vue.js and SPA applications
  • Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager, Wordpress and Contentful
  • Experience with CSS preprocessors, LESS, or SCSS
  • Experience with client- and server-side templating frameworks
  • Experience with front-end build systems like Webpack, Gulp, Grunt, etc.
  • First-hand DevOPS knowledge and ability to work on Redhat servers
  • Subject Matter Expert on Google Cloud Platform services
  • Hands-on experience with setting up and maintaining Cloudflare services
  • Proficient with Git source control
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Experience creating and contributing to product roadmaps
  • Experience analyzing and estimating software requirements


Special Experience Desired
  • Familiarity with various Salesforce products including maintaining Heroku applications
  • Experience working with Firebase and Google Analytics products
  • Experience working with Algolia or Elasticsearch
  • Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service and Adobe Managed Services
  • Experience working with Next.js, GraphQL
  • Experience administering Atlassian Products, Postman, App Stores or any other enterprise applications
