A Seattle based company is looking for a Business Analyst with Salesforce experience to join their team! This position will work interdepartmentally and collaborate with business stakeholders and department heads. Ideally, this company is looking for a candidate who has a varied background in technology and exposure to 3rd party implementations and system integrations.
Role & Responsibilities
Develop business strategy - assess, map, document, and implement business processes
Have a strong understanding of business needs and be able to devise a roadmap to improve efficiency
Handle some Salesforce administrator duties - create and maintain reports and dashboards, implement 3rd party tools and help with system integrations, manage users and user groups
Skills & Qualifications
Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform - implementation and integration experience is ideal
Preferred previous experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst
Salesforce certifications are a plus, though they are not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with team members and other departments
