Job Title: Salesforce Solution Architect

Location: London, UK

Salary range: £90,000 - £120,000

Our client, a well-known Financial Services company, is looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect to join their team. This is a key hire for the company as they embark on a large digital transformation project involving Salesforce. The Salesforce Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing Salesforce-based solutions that meet business requirements. They will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and create a roadmap for the solution. The architect will also be responsible for building out and managing the development team and ensuring that the solution is delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

- Work with key stakeholders to understand their business requirements and create a roadmap for the Salesforce-based solution
- Design and implement Salesforce-based solutions that meet business requirements
- Build out and manage the development team and ensure that the solution is delivered on time and within budget
- Work across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to create a comprehensive solution
- Build the internal center of excellence for Salesforce
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce developments and technologies
- Provide guidance and support to the development team
- Ensure that the solution is scalable and can be easily maintained
- Work with other teams to ensure that the solution integrates with other systems and applications
- Provide training and support to end-users

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect
- Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Experience managing a development team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Strong attention to detail
- Salesforce Architecture Certification(s)
