Role & Responsibilities

• Lead the Technical design of the build and independently implement complex features.
• Lead all code reviews
• Able to accurately estimate technical user stories
• Able to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders and challenge when needed
• Responsible for management and mentoring junior staff
• Responsible for CI/CD Management

Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent Communication
• Extensive Salesforce Technical experience- able to produce clear design documentation
• Confident in presenting designs e.g. Design Authorities
• All certifications of Senior Technical Consultant role and above
