My client is a SaaS company focused on Human Capital Management and Public Safety in the public and government sectors. We are currently looking for a very techno functional candidate to lead a team of 5 Salesforce Administrators and 1 Salesforce Developer., all will be reporting directly to you You will be the head of the Sales Ops department and helping manage the ongoing implementation of Salesforce CPQ.
Responsibilities:
Managing a team of 6 Salesforce professionals in the Sales Ops department.
Involved in helping with the ongoing implementation of Salesforce CPQ.
Communication with key-stakeholders for stand-up meetings.
Performance review cycles, hiring/firing processes, career cycles and career development pathways.
Ability to take direct reports and communicate those to your managers.
Requirements:
5+ years of Salesforce Admin/Architect experience.
3+ years of team/people management experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience managing a team of 5+ Salesforce professionals.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ.
