Responsibilities

• Work with the CRM and Marketing team to support and enhance existing Salesforce and integrated web designs.
• Analyze business requirements into solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform for business users.
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Salesforce to develop use cases and screen mock-ups to streamline business processes.
• Serve as liaison between the business divisions and technical IT resources

Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce Business Systems Analyst experience.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Experience leading meetings, ability to independently conduct UAT, and ability to extract data and evaluate report options. Familiarity with principles of effective project management
• Ability to interact with business users to define requirements, accept criteria and work with the team to deliver solutions.
• Release management experience is a bonus.
• Salesforce certifications are a bonus.
