Role & Responsibilities
You will collaborate with sales managers, field sales representatives, and sales enablement leaders to assess and optimise functional processes using Lean methodology.
You will support the implementation of new concepts and procedures for strategic projects.
You will collaborate closely with stakeholders and partners to design, monitor, and improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive process and digital tool value enhancement.
In collaboration with the Digital engineering and technical product management teams, you will use the available reporting stack (Salesforce, Edison) to design/use reports and dashboards to deliver commercial data and insight.
You will serve as a crucial subject matter expert for how the company uses commercial tools within your area.
You will continually prioritise by learning and validating client challenges and demands. Engage with end-users and stakeholders regularly to deliver solutions that are matched with individual needs.
You will give new team members informal guidance. Explains complicated facts to others in an easy-to-understand manner.
You will exhibit expert-level issue decomposition skills as well as the capacity to handle ambiguity
You will exhibit exceptional persuasive and influencing abilities to establish alignment among customers/stakeholders, technical product managers, and the development team.
You will exhibit exceptional commercial acumen, be up to date on industry developments, and be regarded as an internal authority on the processes and products, as well as the corresponding competitive environment.
You will actively monitor and assess critical product adoption/usage and collaborate with technical product managers to ensure feature/product alignment to business process & benefit/outcome. Then, promote measurement of these outcomes across the W2W product lifecycle.
Minimum 5 years of experience.
Certified Lean Expert, Black Belt, or Master Black Belt.
Working knowledge of lean principles.
Experience persuading cross-functional teams to carry out a strategic objective.
In-depth grasp of major business drivers; applies this expertise to personal projects.
Understanding of how the work of one's team interacts with the work of other teams and contributes to the overall success of the endeavour.
Expertise with Microsoft Office applications.
Working knowledge of commercial technologies such as Salesforce.com and Apttus
Knowledge of Business Intelligence and Data Visualization Tools
Working knowledge of a field sales force and/or commercial processes
