Senior Salesforce Administrator - Phoenix, AZ - $110,000

An Arizona-based company is looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join their onsite team! As the Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will work closely with the rest of the Salesforce team as well as company leaders, helping build out the platform, serving as a leader for other Salesforce Administrators. This is a great opportunity for those who are interested in increasing their exposure to a range of Salesforce products.

Role & Responsibility:

• Improve the Salesforce platform through 3rd party app implementations
• Contribute to the Salesforce team's success by leading more junior Salesforce Administrators and collaborating with business leaders/company stakeholders
• Utilize flows and process builder - work with development team when necessary to communicate what can be handled with declarative tools and what needs to be custom coded

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience as a Salesforce Administrator or experience in a Senior Salesforce Administrator role
• Salesforce Administrator certified - preferably also Advanced Admin certified and Platform App Builder certified
• Preference for candidates who have exposure to the following Salesforce Products:
• Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Ability to build, design and implement within the Salesforce platform
• Strong project management skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team
