A Salesforce end user in the SaaS space is hiring a Salesforce Developer for a fully remote role on a team of Salesforce Administrators, Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Managers. The ideal candidate has experience in a Salesforce Development (or related web development) role for 3+ years and has hands-on experience with APEX, Web Components, and ETL tools like MuleSoft or Boomi. Job Requirements:

  • Experience building custom SFDC instance features through APEX code, Web Components (Lightning & Aura), and declarative tools
  • Sales, Service, and Community Cloud experience highly desired (B2B and/or B2C)
  • Integrate third party applications via systems integration tools (SOAP/REST APIs)
  • Experience with ETL tools like MuleSoft and Dell Boomi
  • Proficient with Object-Oriented Design, Eclipse IDE, and VSCode highly preferred
  • Ability to execute project deliverables within intended scope of given technical requirements from functional SFDC counterparts
  • Comfortable in an Agile/SCRUM environment
  • Communicate with business stakeholders and end users on occasion




Basic Qualifications:

  • Certifications listed below are in order of relevance. These are preferred but not required - hands-on experience is prioritized
    • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant
    • Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, Salesforce Certified Sharing & Visibility Designer, Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer
  • Bachelor's (B.S.) Degree or equivalent experience, ideally in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields




Essential Functions:

  • Act as a key resource for executing given technical requirements
  • Contribute to a robust team but be able to work independently
  • Work with functional SFDC counterparts to understand the scope of projects and provide constructive criticism when applicable on technical requirements
  • Be comfortable interfacing cross functionally with various business unit leaders
  • Question around and work to identify areas of improvement current SFDC features and upcoming SFDC projects
  • Confidently act as a key resource for your team and lead by example with Salesforce best practices
  • Stay current on new features of application to ensure company is utilizing the application as effectively as possible
