We are hiring for a fully remote Salesforce Business Analyst for a leading end-user in the the Salesforce space.
Act as a business liaison between IT and the Business Community to understand business requirements for system updates and translate requests into functional design specifications
Perform as the subject matter expert (SME) for the business domain and conduct knowledge transfer with the testing and development teams
Support application integrations and build roadmaps for future integrations across the application portfolio and workflows.
Serve as the primary point of contact for regular production support activities including issue analysis, documentation & prioritization, defect management and testing
Independently conduct and drive business requirements and design related discussions and workshops based on business needs and objectives
Responsible for understanding, reviewing, analyzing and evaluating business partner needs
Partner with other business units to identify, document and implement integrations to other sources of company data in order to expand visibility of the business across the organization
Create design specifications using use case format, workflows, wireframes, modeling and related methods as needed
Collaborate with technical teams to provide input on technical solutions and support end to end solution delivery

Qualifications:
2+ years of CRM experience and proven understanding of a full software development lifecycle 2+ years of hands-on experience with packaged applications, preferably Salesforce, implementing full project lifecycles. Understanding of the Salesforce product suite including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Bonus Skills: Service Cloud, Field Service or Sales Cloud certification.
Compensation: Up to $110k. BONUS Must be a US Citizen or GreenCard holder. California residents preferred.
