We are currently looking for a candidate to lead the Salesforce team in the Sales Operations department in order to maximize their orgs efficiency and capitalize on the full benefits the system has to offer. My client is a SaaS company focused on Human Capital Management and Public Safety in the public and government sectors. The right candidate for this role will have a strong technical background while also having great communication/people management skills. In this role, you will interact with key stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Gather requirements form Sales, Implementation, Customer Support and Marketing teams.
Lead a team of 6 Salesforce professionals in the Sales Ops department.
Involved in the ongoing 3rd party implementation of Salesforce CPQ.
Communication with key-stakeholders to understand business needs.
Performance review cycles, hiring/firing processes, career cycles and career development pathways.
Ability to take direct reports and communicate those to your managers.
5+ years of Salesforce experience.
Expert level developer or administrator skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience managing a team of Salesforce professionals.
Hands-on experience implementing Salesforce CPQ.
