
Job Description
The Salesforce Business analyst must be able to analyze, refine, and document requirements, transforming customer needs into Salesforce solutions. The role includes reviewing and vetting new and existing business requirements against the Salesforce functionality in conjunction with the company team and customer stakeholders.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements
- Lead effort to vet existing business requirements against Salesforce solution options
- Assist in defining system integration and user-acceptance test plans
Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience creating EPICs, stories, backlogs (Agile methodology)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience creating workflows
- Multi-cloud experience, Service Cloud a must
- Experience with software development and QA testing
- Must have Salesforce Consultancy experience
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
