Joining the Client Solutions team, which is composed of Business Analysts, Data Analysts, Project and Product Managers, working on delivering and supporting a variety of projects linked to Client Experience, across all divisions of the business, and across all markets of the UK & Others Region (UK, Ireland, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, LatAm). These projects include eCommerce, CRM, Clienteling and many other exciting products which constitute the client's journey with the brand.

My client is in the final stages of delivering a global programme of work around customer data, in which you will come in and hit the ground running. As the IT Product Manager for the platform, based in London, you will be the key point of contact for IT topics regarding Pioneer in the UK region.

Key Experience
  • Extensive CRM product management experience
  • Requirements gathering and gap analysis
  • Functional and technical specifications
  • Interface and functional architecture design
  • Coordination with teams across the business (various IT departments, CRM, digital, marketing)
  • Coordination with external development teams, technical teams and 3rd parties (both onshore and offshore)
  • Backlog management, prioritisation
  • Testing plan and coordination
  • Basic knowledge of Cloud Technologies (preferably Azure)
  • Support contribution when complex issues require in-depth root cause analysis or long term fixes
  • Budget and resource management
  • People management - team leader, coaching, coordination…
