The Role
My client, a Salesforce Partner, is seeking a highly effective Solution Architect with Sales Cloud expertise to assist customers in successfully transforming onto the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate would be someone with leadership skills and someone to guide the Salesforce team throughout the life cycle of the project.
A successful Architect has strong Salesforce project experience and feels comfortable designing transformational solutions and working directly with customers to meet their business needs. They will have responsibility for creating / sharing / collaborating on materials to support both sales and delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities
Lead functional and business process teams
Lead business process redesign, roadmap planning, and identifying touch points through implementations
Design and manage the execution of test plans
Coach and mentor team members
Remain current on Salesforce product and technical capabilities
Requirements
Team player with strong interpersonal skills
Extensive experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Experience using Field Service Lightning
Ability to identify issues and provide solutions
Ability to effectively facilitate meetings and demonstrate consensus-building skills
Active Salesforce certifications and willingness to achieve additional certifications
