A Salesforce end user in the transportation & logistics vertical is hiring a Senior Salesforce Administrator for a fully remote role on a team of Salesforce Administrators, Developers, Business Analysts, and QA Analysts. The ideal candidate has experience as an Senior Administrator using the Salesforce.com platform for 5+ years and has hands-on experience with complex Salesforce configuration, including Flows, Workflows, Process Builders, etc. This person ideally will also have experience mentoring more junior level Salesforce Administrators, and be comfortable projects managing from time to time. Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience with hands-on Salesforce configuration
  • Proficient with Sales Cloud, Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience is preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ (Revenue Cloud) - Billing a plus!
  • Adhere to Salesforce best practices and mentor junior SF Administrators
  • Experience building integrations with third party Sales and CLM tools




Basic Qualifications:

  • Certifications listed below are in order of relevance. These are preferred but not required - hands-on experience is prioritized
    • Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Pardot Specialist
  • Bachelor's (B.S.) Degree or equivalent experience, ideally in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields




Essential Functions:

  • Act as a key resource for executing given technical requirements
  • Contribute to a robust team but be able to work independently
  • Work with functional SFDC counterparts to understand the scope of projects and provide constructive criticism when applicable on technical requirements
  • Be comfortable interfacing cross functionally with various business unit leaders
  • Question around and work to identify areas of improvement current SFDC features and upcoming SFDC projects
  • Confidently act as a key resource for your team and lead by example with Salesforce best practices
  • Stay current on new features of application to ensure company is utilizing the application as effectively as possible
