A Salesforce Consulting Partner is looking to add a Salesforce Technical Architect to their growing team. This opportunity is for an established Salesforce Partner that has a strong foothold in the Salesforce ecosystem.
The right candidate will have extensive experience with Salesforce, and be an expert with Salesforce Service CLoud. They must have strong communication & team skills. This person should be highly motivated and independent, but still eager to be a part of a team.

Requirements/Responsibilities:

• Define overarching solution and documentation
• Future-proofing Solutions
• Advanced knowledge of Service Cloud and it's modules (Chat/Bot, Skill Based Routing, Case Management, Knowledge and Mobile/SMS
• Will be in charge of the overall technical design and build of custom elements, as well as oversee governance
• Big picture outlook with high attention to technical detail
• Great Communication skills (verbal & written)
• Driven and ambitious
• Great critical thinking skills
• Work in Sprint methodology
• Perform code reviews and approve developer work.
