As a Salesforce CPQ & Billing Specialist for a robust SaaS organization, you will join a team of Salesforce.com experts. You will work in an instance of Salesforce Lightning, having access to a support cast of Administrators, Architects, Developers, and Analysts to support my client's instance of Salesforce Lightning. Experience integrating Salesforce 3rd party applications is highly valued.
Experience with Salesforce declarative tools - process builders, workflows, etc
Highly proficient with Salesforce CPQ Quote-to-Cash, Order-to-Cash, and CPQ Billing
In-depth experience with discovery tactics, having done requirements gathering sessions for multiple projects across a wide scope of size, and position (entry level to C-Suite)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced but rewarding environment, with an eagerness to learn and contribute to augmentation of your own skills and team functionality
Bachelor's (B.S.) Degree or equivalent experience, ideally in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field(s)
Solid exposure to CRM (Salesforce) Systems, or equivalent with another CRM
2+ years of exposure to a CPQ platform (Salesforce preferred)
Third party integration experience
Act as a key point of contact for Salesforce requirements and functionality
Question around and offer solutions to business issues by translating business to technical requirements in an efficient manner
Confidently act as a key functional resource for an agile project team, with the ability to work on 2 or more projects concurrently
Stay current on new features of application to ensure company is utilizing the application as effectively as possible
