Hours - Full Time

Location - UK Based


This is a fantastic opportunity to continue your Salesforce journey with one of our well-established end user clients in the Financial Services sector. The successful applicants will be offered a salary of up to £70,000, including a great benefits package!

Responsibilities Include:
  • Day to day Administration duties such as user support and administration, trouble shooting, maintaining a 'clean' user friendly CRM
  • Implementation of new Salesforce systems and integration of new and existing systems
  • Working directly with stakeholders and team members
  • Enhance the client's change management process to ensure all changes land smoothly through appropriate testing
  • Help define the roadmap for CRM and shape the overall strategy
  • Ensure all changes are adopted well using clear communications with all of the relevant users
  • Exposure to new technologies


Skills/Experience:
  • Salesforce Administrator Certified
  • Experience in Sales, Service and/or Communities Cloud
  • Experience implementing and integrating substantial system improvements within Salesforce
  • Experience in CPQ beneficial
  • Experience in Salesforce Configuration, Flows, Workflows, Process Builders
  • Strong organisation and interpersonal skills
  • The ability and confidence to work under own initiative
